SHIPPING POLICY

For customers within Australia, we offer two shipping options: Standard and Express.

STANDARD SHIPPING
  • Estimated transit time: 2 – 4 business days
  • Cost: Free for orders over $150 AUD; otherwise, a flat rate of $8 AUD
EXPRESS SHIPPING
  • Estimated transit time: 1 - 2 business days
  • Cost: $12 AUD
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
  • For customers outside of Australia, we offer standard international shipping only.
STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
  • Estimated transit time: 6–27 business days
  • Cost: $27 AUD

Email hq@apexathletica.au to update your details; however, if your item has already been shipped, for the fastest response, please contact the appropriate courier service to advise them of your address change.

Please note that Apex Athletica will NOT be held responsible for lost parcels due to incomplete address information.
